iRemember FAQ
Q: Every time I drag a (photo, background, clipart, etc) to my page, it “snaps back” to where I dragged from, what is wrong?
A: Most reports of this problem are resolved by installing the latest version of iRemember and in some cases repairing disk permissions.

If problems persisit, try the steps outlined below before contacting us for support:
- We recommend you Quit all running applications. At a minimum, Quit the following: iRemember, iRemember ClipArt, and iPhoto.

Open Apple's “Disk Utility” application. You will find it located in your /Applications/Utilites/ folder.
- Disk Utility will display a list of the hard disks on the left side of its window. Select your hard disk (or the disk which contains the items you are having trouble dragging) from the list.
- Click the “Repair Disk Permissions” button. This starts a process that may take several minutes to complete.
- Launch iRemember and see if the problem is resolved.
