Q: How do I connect to your customer service file server?

A: Follow these steps:

  1. First, contact customer support to obtain a user name and password. The user name and password are changed periodically; once you receive them please access our customer service file server promptly.
  2. Using the Safari web browser, click on this link: Support
  3. Enter the supplied user name and password, and click Connect.
  4. A Finder window for our file server will open. Download or upload files as instructed by customer support.
  5. When finished, please disconnect from the file server.

Disconnecting from the file server

  1. In the Finder, select File > New Finder Window.
  2. In the sidebar of the Finder window (left hand side)... Click on "iDev Xserve" and then "Disconnect"
