iRemember FAQ
Q: I purchased iRemember after using the Trial, but I don't see more clip art… where is the new clip art?
A: An (older) Trial version is still installed. Remove the Trial version from your computer.
iRemember Clipart remembers the location of the clip art database.
When installing the full version of iRemember, first remove the trial version.
(Otherwise you end up with TWO clip art databases, the real one and the Trial database.)
Removing the Trial version, forces iRemember Clipart to search for the clip art database again,
and it will find the freshly installed database that comes with the full version.
Identify and remove the Trial Version
Use Spotlight to search for folders named “iRemember”.
The Trial version is distinguished by the presense of the word “Trial” in the iRemember application's version information.
Once you have positively identifed the folder containing the Trial version, drag the folder (and all its contents) to the Trash.
Brute Force Approach
If you find multiple copies, but don't know which one is the Trial, the brute force approach to solve the problem is:
- Use Spotlight to search for folder's named “iRemember”.
- Remove (drag to the trash) the entire iRemember folder for each copy you find.
- Reinstall from your DVD, and reapply and updates you may have downloaded.

This issue should no longer be a problem for users who use version 2.2.1 or later of the iRemember Trial.
